Business Development Director
Gary Taylor is a results orientated senior manager with 25 years’ experience of serving the Oil and Gas Sector with Inspection, Maintenance and Management services. Prior to First Integrated, Gary spent the majority of his career in Oil and Gas service companies before joining First Integrated in 2012 to develop the equipment rental, maintenance and management division. Gary has a proven track record of being a trusted partner to deliver exemplary levels of quality, customer service and operations management to a broad range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Martin graduated from Aberdeen University with a honours degree in Law, and went on to become a chartered accountant with Deloitte, spending 4 years in the Assurance and Advisory department before two years in their Corporate Finance team. Martin’s career took that Corporate Finance experience into working on many deals mostly with Exploration & Production companies from relatively small to medium deals. He has also worked on deals with oil service companies and associated business development activities within the sister companies of First Integrated Solutions. Since 2017 Martin has worked with First Integrated Solutions to oversee the strategy of expanding the product and service offering and growing the customer base. That strategy continues to this day in order to provide the best possible experience for our customers which in turn will deliver long term value for First Integrated Solutions.
Operations and Compliance Director
Phil joined the First Integrated team in 2016. Phil has many years’ experience in the oil and gas service sector having worked with CAN Offshore, ATR Lifting Services and Sureclean. Phil also held Lifting Technical Authority positions and is highly motivated to develop our Trusted Partner relationships with existing and new clients. Phil has a keen interest in developing the First Integrated apprenticeship scheme as well as delivering world-class service through competence and training.
Lee Elrick is an experienced and dedicated oil and gas professional with extensive knowledge of the lifting and inspection market. Having previously spent over 15 years in the lifting equipment and service sector, Lee joined First Integrated in 2012 to lead and grow the Lifting and Inspection division. In 2016 Lee moved to the Commercial Director role and is focussed on delivering maximum value for our clients and driving efficiency and excellence throughout our supply chain.
