Martin Suttie

Managing Director

Martin is a seasoned professional with a background in law, accounting, and finance. As Managing Director of First Integrated Solutions, he has led strategic growth while promoting transparency. As part of this strategy, Martin oversees expansion of the company's products and services to deliver the best possible customer experience.
Graduating from the University of Aberdeen with a Law (Hons) degree in 2000, Martin embarked on a career as a Chartered Accountant. After spending his first four years in Deloitte's Assurance and Advisory department, he joined the Corporate Finance team for two years.
Leveraging his corporate finance experience, Martin worked on numerous agreements with E&P and oil service companies, while also supporting business development efforts within First Integrated Solutions' sister companies.
Martin is a proud husband and father of three, and outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, tee times in the summer, and curling in the winter.
Dave Penny

Finance Director

With over 17 years under his belt as both an accountant and finance director, Dave joined First Integrated Solutions in a senior management role in August 2020.
Boasting experience across multiple sectors, Dave has led the finances of companies, ranging from start-ups to established players, as well as distressed businesses to rapidly growing ones. As a hands-on professional, he focuses on boosting efficiency and developing third-party relationships. Dave brings an entrepreneurial spirit and versatility to steer the financial strategy for First Integrated Solutions' profitability and long-term growth.
Outside the office, Dave and his wife actively support Down's Syndrome Scotland by organising and participating in various fundraising events.
Phil Cameron

Operations & Compliance Director

With over 35 years of hands-on experience in oil and gas, Phil joined First Integrated Solutions in 2016 as Operations Director, leveraging insights gained from senior roles at CAN (Offshore) Ltd, ATR Lifting Solutions, Sureclean, and LGH.
Having spent his career in the industry, Phil brings an operative perspective to the board, along with a deep understanding of workforce performance drivers. And due to his past technical authority positions and LEEA qualifications, he has extensive practical knowledge.
Phil drives rapid, consistent operational improvements to deliver quality, on-time service that meets customer expectations with optimal resource use. He also heads up our apprenticeship program and competency training to ensure safe, reliable operations.
Outside of work, Phil enjoys keeping fit by going to the gym, running, and coaching children's football.
Lee Elrick

Commercial Director

As Commercial Director, Lee oversees all commercial and procurement activities at First Integrated Solutions. His core focus areas include identifying new opportunities for products and services, negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers, and managing the sales team to meet customer expectations.
With 15 years of prior experience in the lifting and inspection sector, Lee joined First Integrated in 2012 to grow and manage that division. In 2016, he took on the Commercial Director role to drive supply chain efficiency and excellence in order to deliver maximum value to customers.
Stewart Sim

General Manager - North Sea Compactors

With over 20 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management and Operations, Stewart has a wealth of knowledge in the Rental Equipment Industry. He started his Journey back in 2003 as a Sales Rep for ATR Group and quickly climbed the ranks, holding positions at Business Development Manager and General Sales Manager. He has also worked for EnerMech, Teledyne Marine, and first Joined First Integrated Solutions in 2015 as Sales Operations Manager, before leaving and returning as Continuous Improvement Manager In 2021.
In April 2023 First Integrated Solutions acquired North Sea Compactors Ltd, and Stewart was awarded the position of General Manger to run the day-to-day business of the company. The company specializes in the Rental of Waste Compactors and sale of FIBC’s for Offshore Platforms, Drilling rigs and Vessels, dealing with a multitude of blue-chip companies in the oil and gas sector worldwide.
In his spare time, you will find Stewart on the training field coaching football to adults and young aspiring footballers.
Richard Seaton

Business Improvement

With over 40 years of experience in the lifting equipment industry, Richard's journey began in the early 1980s when he stamped his first shackle at Coubro & Scrutton. Starting in the workshop, he serviced various lifting equipment and manufactured wire rope slings before transitioning to testing and site inspection, frequently working offshore and internationally.
Throughout his career, Richard has held positions at various companies such as Kennedy Lifting, UK Lifting Services, Certex, and most recently, EMMCorp. His roles evolved from Test & Inspection Manager to Operations Director, allowing him to amass extensive knowledge and hands-on experience that greatly benefit the First Integrated team. He is eager to share his insights and contribute to positive business improvements across the organisation.
Outside of work, Richard, a former rugby No. 8, loves all things motorcycling. When he’s not busy being a grandpa, he enjoys fishing and is still on the hunt for that elusive salmon.
