Comprising a 200-tonne horizontal tensile test bed, 50-tonne fixed boom crane, and a selection of test weights, water bags and load cells, our load testing facilities can accommodate proof load tests for a variety of lifting equipment types, including:
- Offshore Baskets
- Frames
- Containers
- Spreader Beams
- Lift Caps
- Bespoke equipment
We are able to carry out destruct tests of up to 200 tonne for umbilical, various crane wire, wire rope and all other lifting accessories.

- Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) 1998

With unwavering professionalism and scrupulous attention to detail at every turn, our team of multi-disciplined engineers can test tensile forces with an accuracy of plus/minus 2%, allowing them to identify faults and establish safe working limits.
If, however, your equipment does not currently meet the necessary standards for safety, we will work with you to undertake the adjustments and repairs that will ensure your equipment passes with flying colours next time around.
